Lesson 3: How to bold and italic a word

Bold & Italic

We use to bold a word by enclosing it in and . So that we can make characters appear bold. The can bold a whole line if you put this on the start of the line (for example key words in a paragraph) although the use of the element does not imply any additional meaning. So if you want to use this the syntax will be Hatif Kashmiri and the result will be Hatif Kashmiri.

If you want to italicized a word the write that word between and . So that we can make characters appear italic. The element also represents a section of text that would be said in a different way from surrounding content. If you want to add a reference to your document then you can italicized that line or word. The syntax is Hatif Kashmiri and the result will be Hatif Kashmiri.

Hatif Kashmiri
